Suffolk Punch

The Suffolk Punch is one of the oldest native English draft horse breeds, originating from the county of Suffolk in eastern England. Historically bred for agricultural work, the breed became especially valued for its strength, endurance, efficiency, and calm working temperament.
Unlike many other draft breeds, the Suffolk Punch is known for its compact, rounded, and extremely muscular build combined with a distinctive chestnut coat, which is the breed’s hallmark characteristic.
