Mule

The Mule is a hybrid cross between a horse and a donkey, most commonly produced from a male donkey (jack) and a female horse (mare). Mules have been bred and used for thousands of years throughout the world due to their intelligence, endurance, strength and surefootedness.
Depending on the horse breeds used in breeding, mules can vary greatly in size, build and appearance. They are generally known for combining the stamina and hardiness of donkeys with the athleticism and versatility of horses. Compared to horses, mules are often considered more cautious, resilient and adaptable in difficult terrain and harsh working conditions.
